Use this form when you remain a member of IBEW Local 602 and need a letter of introduction or travel letter for another Local. A travel letter supports work travel and out-of-work list registration; it is not a Traveling Card or a request to transfer membership.
Before you submit
Have your full name, email address, phone number, last four digits of your Social Security number, IBEW member card number, destination Local number or numbers, and reason for the request ready. The form also allows you to upload a termination slip if you have not already submitted one. Local 602 determines whether a letter can be issued and may contact you if clarification is required.
